Our Story

In 2012, Seth and Sandra Williams arrived in Tulsa with three young children, an entrepreneurial spirit, and little more than determination.

They didn’t know anyone. They had no built-in network. Just a willingness to knock on

doors and ask a simple question:

“How can we serve you?”

As their window cleaning business began to grow, something unexpected grew with it — a

deep gratitude for every customer who trusted them to care for their home and support

their family.

Seth wanted to find a meaningful way to say thank you.

Sandra had always been an exceptional baker, learning at a young age alongside her mother

in a family restaurant and bakery. What began as a simple idea — baking cookies for customers — soon sparked a much bigger vision:

What if they created a bakery dedicated to generosity, quality, and community?

Around that same time, their six-year-old daughter Jadyn handed Seth a drawing of a

colorful bake shop, complete with cakes in the windows. Across the top she had carefully

written the words “Bake Shoppe.”

It felt less like a child’s drawing… and more like a glimpse of the future.

With a growing family and a thriving business already underway, the idea felt bold —

maybe even a little crazy. But the best dreams often are.

To help bring the vision to life, Sandra invited her lifelong friends Becky and Laura, Becky a

professionally trained baker with a passion for creativity and craftsmanship. Becky quickly

became a driving force behind Little J’s — shaping the recipes, elevating the quality, and

building the bakery’s reputation for beautiful, fresh, and memorable products.

From the earliest days to today, Becky’s leadership in the kitchen and her creative influence

have helped define what guests experience when they walk through the doors of Little J’s.

With Aaron joining as a partner in 2024, the vision sharpened around building something

truly special — a place defined by an unwavering commitment to quality, genuine

hospitality, and products crafted fresh each day.

As they explored the world of specialty coffee, another passion emerged: exceptional coffee

shouldn’t be reserved for special occasions. It should be approachable, welcoming, and

available to everyone.

From the very beginning, one idea guided every decision:

Little J’s was created to be more than a bakery. It was built to be a place that touches lives
